Virgance is a 2 year old venture fund/incubator that helps fund and build early stage mission-driven companies.  

We focus on finding engineers and entrepreneurs who want to use their talents to make the world a better place but want to preserve the ability to focus on challenging engineering tasks and the possibility of financial rewards equal to the top Silicon Valley startups.   We have just completed our Virgance Stage I - which involved building 4 companies and now we are examining ways to scale our success.
